Based on the best evidence out there, but also made accessible for every woman who is juggling all life throws at them in midlife and beyond.

Whether you are a few years off from even thinking about perimenopause, are deep into it or have come out the other side then the information in this program will benefit you.

How this program differs to other online fitness programs

  • LIFETIME ACCESS: you will be able to access the workouts, the downloadable resources and the videos as many times as you like. This means you could do the same program all over and progress your workout by adding more weight/harder techniques to keep building muscle.

  • PICK AND CHOOSE: Short of time and only have time for the workout element initially? No problem, all the other content will be there when you are ready for it.

  • PERSONALISED: I screen all my participants so if you have any health concerns we can work together to make this program work for you.

  • MODIFIABLE PROGRAM: If you don’t like any of the exercises or can’t access them (perhaps you’ve got a dodgy shoulder) then message me and I can suggest alternative exercises for you.

  • WEEKLY SUPPORT: directly from me including workout feedback. Send me snippets of videos of you working out and I’ll be able to offer feedback on technique and suggest modifications if you need them to make things easier or harder.

What’s the investment from you?

Minimum twice weekly strength training sessions needed in order to start building lean muscle mass, plus a commitment to be active between workouts and to take a look at your diet and lifestyle. Simply signing up will not change anything for you.

$90 (£45) for which you will receive all of the above plus a resistance band set mailed directly to you for use during (and after) the program. Apart from the bands you will need - a mat, a chair, a backpack, a couple of 2L milk bottles and a banister or garden fence post you can wrap the bands around. That’s really all you need!!

Is 4 weeks really enough to get Fitter Than Ever?

Well it’s a really good start and starting is often the hardest part…This 4 week program is the beta version of an intended 12 week version. Building healthy habits and changing your body and mind for the better takes long-term commitment and consistency. It is my intention to get as much feedback as possible from this program to help make the 12 week version the best it can possibly be. By taking part in this 4 week version you will be getting a heap of content for a reduced price and also help me provide a better service in the future. You will be able to continue your progress by joining the 12 week program, which you will be offered at a reduced price as a thank you for being part of the feedback process.

I really hope you will join me for this 4 week program as it’s a great opportunity to test it out without having to commit to the 12 weeks! Just make sure you commit to your 2 strength training sessions every week :)
