I have many years of experience as a dietitian helping people manage conditions such as IBS, disordered eating, high cholesterol, fertility and pregnancy, and exercise nutrition. I have completed further Sports Nutrition training at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra, and training on the low FODMAP diet at King’s College London.

I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals by providing nutrition advice that is tailored to your health, goals and lifestyle including any medical conditions.

I offer the following nutrition packages:

  • $100 Nutrition Basics - food diary analysis and my tailored top tips for improving your nutrition

  • $250 Nutrition Plus - food diary analysis, top tips and a 7 day meal plan with recipes

  • $700 The Works - personalised nutrition plan including food diary, meal plan, health assessment and 2 x 1:1 40 minute online sessions

 

It goes without saying that if you really want results then exercise and diet both need your time and attention. Each have their benefits and when combined they are your powerhouse to feeling fitter and healthier. I am a UK Registered Dietitian and my qualifications have been recognised by Dietitians Australia. I am not however currently registered with the DAA as an APD and therefore cannot accept Medicare.
