Strength and conditioning classes designed for women

This class is for you.

These sessions are designed to suit all women over 35 who want to focus on building healthy habits to protect their health, support their hormones and feel fitter than ever.

Combining strength exercises with dynamic movements to help with mobility and raise your heart rate these sessions will leave you feel a sense of achievement, help you get stronger and protect your bone and heart health. Not just a workout, you will also get access to online resources to help you eat, sleep and move well to help you feel your best. These classes are ideal for those who are already in perimenopause or post-menopause as well as those who would like to learn a little before that time comes but also build the right lifestyle so that you are prepared for anything.

No experience is needed. These sessions have a maximum of 4 people per class which allows me to offer variations and levels to suit all abilities and any health concerns you may have. Before joining I will send you my registration forms so that I can get to know you a little and help tailor the exercises to each person present. We will work on your goals together so that you see the results you want.

Timetable

Each session lasts for 45 mins and takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am or 7am.

Sessions take place in my garage and garden.
