I can provide a bespoke package for your employees to help them thrive at work.
Women now make up almost 50% of the workforce in Australia and it has become more common for women to continue in the workforce until their late fifties or early sixties, with 54% of 60–64 year old women still in employment.
Menopause can significantly affect employment through physical symptoms like hot flushes, fatigue, and brain fog, leading to decreased work performance and increased absenteeism. This can lead to women taking career breaks, reduced hours, or leaving their jobs entirely, resulting in a substantial loss of talent, knowledge, and at an economic cost.
By offering support, understanding and education you can retain talent and create a happier, healthier work environment.
Supporting anyone experiencing menopause regardless of how they express their gender.
PanchaFit recognises that not all women experience menopause, and that not all people experiencing menopause are women for example trans men, gender diverse people and intersex people may experience menopause.
Packages
PanchaFit offers several packages for the employer looking to support their staff through menopause and beyond.

An 8 week package. This package includes a series of 4 fortnightly lunchtime talks:
Understanding hormones and menopause (for all staff members)
Symptom management during perimenopause (women only)
Nutrition and lifestyle post-menopause for long-term health (women only)
Exercise for menopause (women only)
Alternating with delivery of 4 lunchtime fitness sessions (for women only) which can be tailored to suit your space and facilities. This may include strength training, yoga, or desk based exercises depending on staff preferences.
Note: this package is designed for a minimum of 10 female members of staff.
*Price is per female member of staff for the entire 8 week series. Male staff members are welcome to join the first talk at no extra cost.

These services are primarily about supporting women through what can be a challenging time of life. However, if you would like to offer any of the above services to your male employees such as nutrition education, talks on healthy ageing and/or fitness classes then these can be included as part of your package.
