I support women age 35 to 70+ through strength training, yoga, nutrition and lifestyle education.

Personal training will help you:

  • Improve the function of your pelvic floor

  • Build a solid aerobic foundation so that you can keep active and take on any activity you want

  • Improve balance (no one wants to fracture a bone from a fall!)

  • Improve your power - crucial for helping to maintain mobility as you age and reduce injury

  • Improve your functional mobility

  • Help you succeed in any physical challenges you might like to take part in

  • Use peri-menopause and beyond as an opportunity to take control rather than lose it!
