Hi, I’m Ruth
I am a personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition expert with over 17 years of experience in the health and wellbeing field and an expert in women’s health.
I offer a holistic service which doesn’t focus purely on one aspect of health, but the full picture - exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress, all of which contribute to your happiness and overall health including cardiovascular health, muscle mass and bone health.
I help women to find their motivation, achieve their fitness goals and live happier lives by providing accessible and achievable resources and support.
