Banana and oat bliss balls
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour (use a processor to blitz up porridge oats until fine)
1 banana (mashed well with a fork)
1 tbsp nut butter (I used Meridian’s Cocoa and Hazelnut butter, but you can use any!)
¼ cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp honey OR maple syrup
Method:
Combine all of above in a bowl and mix well (will seem dry at first, but keep mixing).
Wet hands and then roll dough in between hands to form balls
Roll gently in Cacao powder to dust
Keep in the fridge to firm up. Will keep for 5 days.
