Banana Nicecream

This recipe is a super quick and easy option for dessert.

Sadly my kids weren’t actually keen on this, but my husband and I liked it and I know lots of kids would!

One word of warning!! I’d let your slices soften just a tad before blending and add a dash of milk, as I cracked my blender jug making this :( It was a very old already battered jug thankfully, so it was kinda worth it.

Nicecream

For this you simply cut up a ripe banana into slices

Freeze overnight

Then add to a blender and blend until it forms this smooth ice cream consistency!

Add whatever toppings you like or none!

That’s it. You can serve immediately or re-freeze for later.
